My boyfriend brought me here on a surprise date so we can jet ski at Mission Bay. The rental process was very organized and we were immediately greeted by the enthusiastic workers, Eli and John. They were super friendly and guided us to the gentleman inside so we can take care of our paperwork as soon as possible. They also have a service of using their company tow trucks for free! That was really convenient, but I do recommend taking your own (if you have one) so you can spend as much time as you can at the bay. It was my first time jet skiing but the staff was so knowledgeable with what they did, they were able to answer all my questions throughout the explanation process. My boyfriend and I had a blast at Mission Bay and the Jet Ski Rentals staff were all so nice, including their cute dog! We ran a little over time due to a situation, but I immediately contacted them upon occurrence and they were very understanding. When we brought back the jet ski, Eli and John were there to guide us back in so they can do the final check on the jet ski. There was a lady who seemed like the owner there and she was nice enough to not charge us for the extra time. The check-out process went by swiftly and it did not take us very long to finish everything off. I was pleased with their level of service and would like to go back sometime again!
